Executive/Sr. Executive–Pre-Sales

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand business challenges, technical requirements, and use cases for cloud adoption.
• Translate client needs into tailored PICO Public Cloud solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to design cloud-native architectures.
• Prepare and deliver solution presentations, technical demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions.
• Support RFP/RFQ/RFI processes by preparing detailed technical and commercial proposals.
• Provide both pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Define and manage the roadmap for PICO Public Cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to refine features, pricing models, and positioning strategies.
• Identify integration and partnership opportunities with third-party platforms and tools.
• Develop and maintain solution documentation, architecture diagrams, whitepapers, FAQs and tutorial Preparation in PDF, AV and Presentation format for Customer Query and Response.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create product messaging, datasheets, and training content.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).

Experience Requirements

• 1–2 years (Executive) or 2–4 years (Senior Executive) of relevant experience in cloud pre-sales, product management, or enterprise solution consulting.
• Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or local/private cloud environments preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Strong understanding of cloud computing models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), virtualization, networking, storage, and containerization.
• Experience with solution architecture, DevOps processes, and cloud-native technologies.
• Familiarity with pricing, SLAs, security frameworks, and compliance requirements.
• Skilled in preparing solution proposals, diagrams, and cost estimations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
